How to Start Engine
1. Add unleaded 87# or high gasoline and a 2-cycle oil mixture (50:1).
2. Pour in unleaded 87# or higher gasoline and 2-cycle oil mixture (50:1).
3. Turn the Engine Switch ON.
4. Open the Fuel Valve.
5. To start a cold engine move the Choke to the START position.
6. Pull it slowly several times to allow the gas to flow into the Engine's carburetor. Then pull the StarterHandle gently until resistance is felt. Allow the cable to retract fully and then pull it quickly. Repeat until the engine starts.
7. Allow the engine to run for several seconds, and slowly move the Choke Lever to its RUN position.
8. After each start-up, allow the engine to run at no load for five minutes, and finally connect the electric appliance.

It's what I expected over all. it's very light, very easy to carry. Easy to start and quiet.
Tried in my backyard, running smoothly, to light my patio light and run a fan, feel great. Really like the rubber pad, I just put this 1000 watt gas generator on my deck, almost can't feel the viberation, much better than my previous one which does not have the rubber pad.
Can't wait to bring it with my Labor day's camping.

I got the engine started, but it kept dying. A neighbor came over and we figured out that the fuel valve can be turn too far. There's no stop. Now it starts easy and continues to run smoothly. The plastic facing is crap. You have to hold it in olace when plugging in and unplugging. For the price, I am pleased.
